Tom the baffe for the drag pipe I bought from George here, has a baffle that is 3 drilled discs slightly less than the size of the inside of the pipe. they are connected by some 3/16" or so straight wire that spaces the discs over about 8". You might ask George how much is quieted it down. The baffle assembly was held in by the same bolt that retained the inner core and packing assembly.Nice part about the SurperTrapp is the ability to subtract baffles to keep the noise down to an acceptable level whereever you live.
